Mustard is high in Vitamin A, B, and C. Mustard greens are very popular in the southern U.S. where they are generally slow-cooked with ham hocks or other smoked-pork products. Asian cuisines generally use mustard greens pickled or stir-fried.

I love a good mustard and last year the critters around my place in 7b didn’t chomp on my mustard. Buying it again this year to grow was a no-brainer. This year called for a large pack instead of a couple of samplers! Buy this one if you like mustard greens and you won’t be sorry!
